On Sunday, June 5th 2022 Ol Billy Bob Boy (aka Bill Simms) will be making his return to Toronto with an exciting, one-night-only performance at The Painted Lady. He will be joined by Matt Coldwell (Doghouse Orchestra) on upright bass and Alex Lank (Unidentified Funk Object) on drums and playing a slew of original roots-country songs from his debut album Sweltering Sun and beyond. This is an early Sunday evening event with doors opening at 5:30 and the show starting at 6:00 sharp. Pop on down and see what all the fuss is about! $10ADV @ link above or $15ATD

Weaving their songs out of their adolescent experiences, Singapore alt-rock trio Coming Up Roses balances the worlds of child-like innocence and idealism with the revelations that come with adulthood. Combining elements of folk, grunge and shoegaze, the band manifests their emotions through the use of evocative vocal melodies and expansive sonic textures.
Neon Bloom has quickly become known for their unique blend of grunge, new wave, and electronic soundscapes. Formed in 2017, the band has since staked a claim as one of the most innovative and energetic live bands on the Toronto scene.
