Sunday Crisp is a pop-rock band formed by Eddy Lava (vocals and rythm guitar), Edwin “Duke” Morino (lead guitar), Henry Magma (bass guitar) and Denis Plasma (drums and lyrics). Emerging from an undeniable musical and human chemistry, the band strives to convince their listeners and fans to live life to the fullest.
The Meringues are the personification of ragged, unbridled energy, both on stage and in the music that they have created for their debut self-titled release. There is more than just random chaos though. On Sunday, June 5th 2022 Ol Billy Bob Boy (aka Bill Simms) will be making his return to Toronto with an exciting, one-night-only performance at The Painted Lady. He will be joined by Matt Coldwell (Doghouse Orchestra) on upright bass and Alex Lank (Unidentified Funk Object) on drums and playing a slew of original roots-country songs from his debut album Sweltering Sun and beyond.
