Access to mental health services today can be challenging and at times might feel impossible. Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion on Accessibility for Mental Health Services. We will discuss contributing factors (e.g. long wait times, stigma, costs, awareness, siloed services, language barriers), as well as explore ways we can increase and enhance access to those dealing with mental health issues. We will explore these topics on an individual, community and systemic level, through the lens of gender, spirituality, and culture. The panel discussion will be followed by a short Q&A where you can bring your questions to industry leaders.

Improvised lyrics and music by a 5-piece brass band; swing, ska, funk, jump blues, and more. It is pure cabaret: “You make up a title – We make up a song” is the band’s motto. They get a title from the audience, decide a key and launch into a new song, complete with lyrics, harmonies, choruses, the lot. But be clear, this is not some experimental artistic exploration, it’s a party.
